Cornerstone's Commingled Funds provide our clients with the opportunity to join other like-minded investors in a pari passu relationship to pool their capital to invest in a substantial portfolio of properties.

As a rotational investor, we believe that various property types, local markets and stages in the life cycle of properties ebb and flow with the dynamics of real estate and capital markets. We seek to capitalize on such cyclical performance by devising and implementing focused strategies that change over time in step with the changing market dynamics not only for our Commingled Fund investors, but also for our Separate Account and Co-investment Vehicle clients.

We also align our interests and those of our parent company, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual), with clients where a significant portion of investment management compensation is performance driven.
